Thandar is a dedicated and experienced helper. She has been with the same employer in Singapore since August 2017 — more than 7 years.

In her current role, she takes care of an 85y/o Ah Mah (immobile) — assisting with diaper changes, showering, transferring from bed to wheelchair, feeding, and overall supervision. She also helped care for three children (from 7 months, 4 years, and 6 years old), handling tasks like changing diapers, feeding, showering, and sending/picking them up from school (not daily).

In addition to caregiving, Thandar handles the usual household chores such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, laundry, washing, drying, and ironing.

She is able to cook a variety of Chinese dishes including ABC Soup, Chicken Curry, Fried Bee Hoon, Fried Chicken, Fried Rice, Steamed Fish with Garlic, Bak Kut Teh, Lotus Soup, and Spaghetti.

She communicates in English and can understand some Mandarin and Burmese.

Overall, Thandar comes across as mature, sincere and down-to-earth.
