Thim Mar Oo has around 11 years of work experience in Singapore. She has experience in elderly care, including caring for Ah Mah aged 75 and 78, and Ah Kong aged 80, including a wheelchair-bound patient - shower, change clothes, wheelchair elderly outside, medication, bring for medical appointment, take blood pressure etc.

Apart from elderly care, she also manages the general household chores, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, washing, drying, and ironing clothes.

She is able to cook variety of dishes such as Chicken curry, Lor Bak, Chicken w ginger, sliced pork w ginger, Sweet & sour pork, Assam Fish, Steamed tofu w minced pork, Steamed fish, Mala Xiang Guo, Century egg porridge, Handmade dumplings, Prawns w garlic, ABC soup, Old cucumber soup, Bak Kut Teh, Lotus root soup, Watercress soup, Peanut soup, chicken soup, fried rice, beehoon, spaghetti etc.
