Mow Pwimt Thu is a mature helper with 8 years of experience under one employer since August 2017. She cared for one child from age 4 to 12, while also managing household chores and cooking.

Her childcare duties included preparing meals, showering, and sending/fetching the child to and from school.

She is able to handle daily household tasks such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

In addition, she can cook a variety of dishes such as fried chicken, ABC soup, carrot soup, lotus soup, old cucumber soup, chicken curry, steamed and fried fish, spaghetti, tofu with egg (Chinese style), sesame oil chicken, stir-fried kangkong, seaweed egg soup, bak kut teh, herbal chicken soup, sliced pork with ginger, lor bak, and more. She is also keen to learn new recipes.
